Train House is a complete waterfront transformation in Gulf Breeze Proper, built right on the Sound with views that deserve a home to match. The original structure had outlived its usefulness, so we took the project back to square one—demolishing the existing house and rebuilding a brand-new custom home along with a separate garage. Starting fresh let us reimagine the layout, improve strength and storm resilience, and create a coastal property designed for how people actually live on the water.

On the exterior, every detail was chosen for long-term performance in a shoreline environment. A new metal roof provides superior durability and wind resistance while adding a clean, modern coastal silhouette. The walls are finished in a mix of brick and Hardie® siding, giving the home a timeless Gulf Coast look with the low-maintenance toughness needed for Florida heat, salt air, and humidity. The result is an exterior that feels both classic and current, with materials built to hold up season after season.

Inside, the rebuild delivered a full, top-to-bottom interior renovation. All bathrooms were newly constructed with updated showers, fixtures, and finishes for a fresh, spa-like feel. The kitchen was completely redone as the heart of the home, featuring new cabinetry, upgraded countertops, and a layout designed for everyday function and entertaining. New flooring runs throughout the house, tying every room together and creating a bright, cohesive flow that fits the open waterfront lifestyle.

The project didn’t stop at the front door. We also installed a paver driveway and connecting paths, giving the property a finished, upscale approach that’s both practical and beautiful. These hardscape upgrades improve drainage, durability, and walkability while matching the home’s overall design.
