Dune Walkover is a purpose-built beach access upgrade that blends clean coastal style with materials made to thrive in a harsh shoreline environment. For this project, our team framed and constructed a brand-new walkover from the house to the beach, creating a sturdy, comfortable path that makes getting to the sand easy, safe, and effortless—especially when you’re carrying chairs, coolers, or kids in tow.

To ensure long-term performance on the Gulf Coast, we finished the walkover with Deckorators® Voyage deck boards and matching fascia. Voyage is a mineral-based composite designed specifically for high-exposure locations like this, where salt air, humidity, and intense sun can destroy traditional wood over time. Unlike lumber and other less expensive composite board, these boards won’t rot, warp, or splinter, and they hold their look season after season with minimal upkeep. The result is a sleek, barefoot-friendly surface that stays beautiful while standing up to real beach life.

From framing to finish details, every element of this dune walkover was built for durability, stability, and a polished appearance.
