Sea Breeze was a top-to-bottom coastal upgrade for a Navarre Beach home, focused on adding comfort inside and resilience outside. We built a brand-new primary bathroom addition off the side of the house, creating a true master suite experience with the space and layout the home was missing. Inside, we carried the refresh through all three existing bathrooms, updating them for modern daily use while keeping a clean, beach-friendly style that fits the setting.

On the exterior, we tackled the big-ticket improvements that matter most on the Gulf Coast. A new metal roof boosts wind and weather protection, and fresh exterior paint sealed the look with a bright, updated curb appeal. To finish it off, we installed cable railing on the deck — opening up the views, improving safety, and giving the outdoor living space a sleek, coastal feel. The result is a Navarre Beach home that lives better, looks sharper, and is built to handle the shoreline environment for years to come.
